Our therapists are experienced in such orthopedic manual therapy techniques as:

  • Myofascial release

Nintendo® Wii© Rehab – Wii Rehab challenges patients to move much like athletes playing sports such as baseball, bowling, boxing, golf and tennis. It adds a fun and competitive element while requiring body movements that help improve strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular condition.

Wii Rehab is useful for a range of patients, from children to the elderly, and for such conditions as stroke, broken bones and post-surgical recovery as well as injury prevention.

Warm water aquatic therapy Denton Sports & Physical Therapy Center is the only practice in the area with access to a full-size warm water aquatic therapy pool. Our aquatic therapy programs are designed for postsurgical rehabilitation, arthritis and joint pain, fibromyalgia and other conditions that make it difficult for patients to perform weight-bearing movements on land. The warm water and the buoyancy of the pool help patients relax.
