I had my first appointment yesterday after having lower back surgery in November 2016. I was nervous because I had never been to PT before and I didn't know how hard they would push me. I was relieved that the first visit was primarily a new patient exam where they gauged my flexibility and strength. They were very respectful and smart about how they had me move around. I didn't feel like I was pushing myself too much, and they did an amazing job. They are all very down to earth and friendly, and I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's easy to miss and you've probably driven by it a dozen times, so use Google Maps for sure!
